The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic is a slightly smaller version of the Nokia 5800 and it’s great value for money. It has a 2.9 inch touchscreen with accelerometer, handwriting recognition and proximity sensor. There’s no 3G but it does have Wi-fi so you can browse the web, send emails, Tweets or check your Facebook from your phone whenever a wireless connection is available.

It has a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and basic VGA video record. 4 GB of memory is included for storing music, video, applications and photos. This can be expanded up to 16GB using a microSD card. You’ll also find stereo speakers and a 3.5mm audio jack. The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic runs on the latest Symbian S60 OS, which means it’s a proper smartphone. There are plenty of useful application pre-installed and more can easily be downloaded, such as Google Maps and Skype.
